This mystery figure has been hiding for years. I can't remember where I bought it (Ebay is probably a good guess though) and I have no idea who made it. To be honest I'm not even sure how much I like it. The arms are a big gangly, the head is a bit at odds with the body but it's the right size and theme to scare some tabletop agents and now it's painted that's good enough for me!
